About Us:
Blue Hawk Tactica is a leading security company committed to providing exceptional service. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee one of our key sites. This role requires a strong leader with a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site security operations to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure policy adherence.
- Train and mentor security personnel to meet and exceed industry standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and introduce preventive measures.
- Handle incident reports and prepare detailed follow-up reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve safety protocols.
- Lead, support, and motivate the security team to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
- Resident of the East Rand
- PSIRA- Certified
- Competent in handling all four weapon types
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean criminal record
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Previous security management experience is advantageous
