About the Role:  

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to oversee security operations at our site in Heidelberg. This position reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements while meeting the client’s needs effectively and professionally.  

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Evaluate and assess risks/threats and provide recommendations to the client to mitigate them.  
  •  Ensure that all contractual obligations are met as specified by the client.  
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and the client regarding security services.  
  •  Oversee and manage serious incident investigations, such as theft, vehicle theft, robberies, and break-ins.  
  •  Collaborate with Operations Management on day-to-day operational issues.  
  •  Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on incidents and general operations to both Fidelity Management and the client.  
  •  Support special events, ad-hoc requests, and investigations as required by Fidelity Operations and the client.  
  •  Handle all related administrative tasks and ensure shifts are adequately covered daily.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:  

  •  Matric Certificate (Grade 12)  
  •  PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation  
  •  Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience  
  •  At least 5 years of management experience, including 5 years in security management  
  •  Familiarity with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management and its standards  
  •  Strong people management and leadership capabilities  
  •  Excellent planning, administration, communication, and client liaison skills  
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  
  •  Reliable own transport and a valid driver’s license  
  •  Clear criminal record  
  •  Reside in the East Rand/Heidelberg/Nigel area
