Key Responsibilities
As an HR Wage Clerk, you will:
- Process and manage employee wages using Pastel Payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain meticulous employee records and documentation.
- Support HR functions as needed, including compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Pastel Payroll with practical experience in processing wages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A high level of reliability, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for personal and professional growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: R8,500 – R10,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
