AFRI GUARD IS HIRING: HR FILING CLERK

Location: Head Office, Meyerton

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make a difference in a dynamic work environment? Afri Guard is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Filing Clerk to join our team at our Head Office in Meyerton.

Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Matric (Grade 12)
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
• Technical Skills: Computer literate
• Certification: PSIRA Grade C (essential)
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
• Teamwork: Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture
• Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Filing Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our HR filing systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing all general filing duties daily to ensure a well-organized document system
• Accurately filing documents received from Easy Roster/Payroll into personnel files
• Managing any assigned projects effectively as directed by management
• Ensuring all received documents are stored in an appropriate and secure manner
• Retrieving files from the archive or file room upon request
• Scanning documents to create and maintain an electronic database
