Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and harvesting fruits, vegetables, or other crops, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
• Carefully handling produce to avoid damage and ensure minimal wastage.
• Sorting and packing harvested goods for distribution or storage.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the picking area.
• Assisting with setting up and breaking down equipment and materials used in harvesting.
• Following safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Reporting issues or concerns promptly to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Driver’s Licence is a must.
• No criminal record – candidates will undergo a background check.
• Matric Certificate required.
• Previous experience working on a farm is essential.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle produce efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
